Summer is usually considered to be a season of vacations. Even those people who work all the time think about their desired rest time. And in this sense we’ve made a losing number that you won’t be able to take to the beach with you. But we’ve had so many significant, interesting and different meetings and events for the last few months that we’ve decided not to make your and our life easier. It is paradoxical but slowing down of the life rhythm or the changing of atmosphere and surroundings allows including the proposed themes into your own picture of the world.

The journal starts with a heated event. In spring a real Sanhedrim assembled in the Academy of Public Service in order to find out whether it is possible to measure a “non-symbolic result in culture”.
I am not going to arrest your attention any longer. The only thing I would like to say is that this year it is a fifth anniversary of the journal. My colleagues and me thank you for being with us all the time. Creative postcards “DESIGN BY YOURSELF” is specially published in honour of our co-event. The postcard is enclosed to every journal.
