Editor's note
Someone begins to look through the latest journal from the beginning but another one – from the end… If you open this issue today from the middle you will probably understand the principle of its assembling. In the rubric “Seminar” you can find an unexpected but surely constructive view of an expert to the being systems of administration which define our life. Except laws, driving belts and life order of hierarchic systems you will learn about effectiveness of the administration technology “in pair”, based on careless logic from the conversation with the known analyst Sergey Pereslegin from St.Petersburg. In such a pair we’ve tried to work. Let me introduce my new colleague, the Deputy editor-in-chief Mikhail Nemtsev. His article “Travelers” is introductory in the issue subject and it is just after the news.
Way, following in the others’ tracks, investigation and at last the own track left as a new knowledge about a place which was visited by a biased and experienced traveler – this time it is a subject of our rapt attention. Extreme bias and passion of views, which are so important for the cultural environment to be alive, are dear to heart.
New rubric “Future” is opened by the report of the professor Alexandr Dolgin about a new generation of the intelligent net, web-3. This is a first issue of the year that is why there are so many debuts and undertakings. The interview with Vladimir Tolstoy, the great-grandson of Leo Tolstoy is a joint project of the journal “60 parallel” and the Centre of Practical History in Barnaul about the role of dynasty in a person’s life. During the year we will tell you some more stories about contemporaries who reflect a destiny and values of their people in their own lives. And we devote this series to all of you and your families.
